Scope of Works

Primary Containment & Power Infrastructure
- Installation of brand-new primary containment infrastructure throughout the West Mall
- Bespoke busbar systems designed to suit complex new routing requirements
- Relocation of existing ladder rack systems to accommodate revised routes
Retail & Back of House Power
- New distribution boards supplied to each retail unit with dedicated power supplies
- Installation of Back of House distribution boards with full sub-metering
- Infrastructure designed to support flexible retail occupation and future adaptability
Broadgate Link Lighting Installation
Bespoke Lighting & Controls
- Design and installation of a bespoke lighting scheme within the Broadgate Link
- Tunable lighting controls programmed to change seasonally
- Lighting designed to simulate natural daylight, enhancing the transition space for station users
