Scope of Works

MES Contractors delivered a complex, high-specification electrical installation to support critical control centre operations while managing the constraints of a live building and tight programme.

Critical Power & Backup Systems

• Full design and installation of standby generator with 20kl fuel tanks in basement
• Installation of UPS systems to ensure continuous power to 5th floor control centre
• LV panelboards and supporting electrical infrastructure designed and installed for independent operation

Renewable Energy Integration

• Design and installation of photovoltaic (PV) system to support building sustainability targets
• Integration with existing building MEP services, modified to accommodate independent electrical systems

Office Fit Out

• Full office electrical fit-out including new lighting, power distribution, and modifications to support operational requirements
• Coordination of works alongside live building operations to maintain safety and minimise disruption
